The following form will help you and me in determining exactly what you would like to order. Please print it out, fill in the appropriate information and then call or email me for additional questions you may have.
All orders require either 50% deposit or full amount prior to the commencement of production. You may also pay online through a secure payment system with PayPal. We will send you an email with the necessary links to effect an online payment. A 3% processing fee is added to your invoice for payment through PayPal. Balance due prior to shipment of the order.
All Custom orders with lettering and/or Logos are NONE REFUNDABLE.
